Rob Germain

Chief Operating officer

Rob Germain serves as COO and VP of Health at Red Duke Strategies, bringing over 25 years of experience across the private, government, and non-profit sectors. A mission-driven executive, he has held leadership roles at Aetna, the Global Health team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Fortress Investment Group, and Generali. Rob has also been a founding partner in several health startups focused on developing and scaling innovative solutions.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife, Kyeh, their daughter, Hanna, and their dogs, Pixie and Sammy.
