Ernest Rotili is the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Red Duke Strategies. With more than a decade of experience overseeing and implementing systems and programs for underserved populations, he brings a passion for programs that support those who need them most. 

In his career, Ernest has overseen and directed strategic initiatives across a wide range of fields, including systems implementation, project management, human resources, and information technology management, compliance, and security. Ernest’s core focus is ensuring processes and systems are deeply informed by the people who need and use them most.

Both in and out of work, Ernest is committed to pursuing equity and accountability, believing that societies are judged by how they treat their most in-need members.
