Ashley Gork is the Director of Strategic Communications for RDS, providing expert guidance on the company’s communications and business development endeavors. As an award-winning strategist, she excels at transforming data-driven insights into an array of creative solutions for federal agencies, global non-profits, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging start-ups.

From developing national marketing campaigns to creating zip-code-specific outreach initiatives, Ms. Gork has dedicated her career to building authentic connections between people, brands, and organizations. In addition to fulfilling her responsibilities at RDS, she serves as the owner and CEO of Caprid Consulting, a boutique branding, marketing, and business development agency focused on helping small businesses compete in highly aggressive and equally dynamic marketplaces.

Ms. Gork holds a masters from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and maintains active certifications in project management (PMP), change management, knowledge management, prompt engineering, and professional coaching.
