Angela Aicher

Vice President, Healthcare Innovation

Angela Aicher serves as Vice President at Red Duke Strategies, bringing over 16 years of experience operating at the intersection of people, process, technology, and data. She is a strategic healthcare and digital health transformation executive, passionate about driving collaboration between multidisciplinary and interagency teams to accelerate innovation and launch groundbreaking technologies.

Angela has spearheaded joint ventures for numerous large-scale, complex, and high-priority initiatives across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors including all aspects of PathFinder, a streamlined platform enabling collaborations between innovators from industry and the Veterans Health Administration – the largest integrated healthcare system in the U.S. 

Before joining RDS, Angela supported a health tech start-up to its successful IPO and was a nationally recognized non-profit leader providing services, programs, opportunities, and advancement to U.S. Military Veterans and their families. Angela often draws upon her experiences as a former registered board-certified art therapist and arts-based researcher, continuing to shape the future of health in novel and creative ways. 

Outside of work, Angela enjoys quiet time reading or solving puzzles, trying new cuisines, and visiting museums.
